Thursday I broke into a sudden full body sweat, I got really dizzy then super nauseous. Shortly after, my right arm started hurting all the way down into my fingers. I went to doc yesterday and my ekg and cbc were both good. I have an echo scheduled for Monday. Today, my heart keeps racing and I loose my breath walking across the room. I keep having dizzy spells and my fingers are tingling. I m not sure what to do. Can you help?
